My guess is that they planned this feature originally, because Yahoo also had it at that time, but then dropped it when Google Instant was introduced, because having images in the dynamically updated search results as you type slows down the whole thing. Using GoodRelations to describe images on your site as products in their own right seems not to be supported by Google at this point neither. Best M.
